Complete Schedule of Fees
	Monthly Subscription Fees   Subscriber License Fee (1 User) $200 / month   Each Additional User $50 / month   The subscriber license includes all software support as defined in our support agreement and includes access to all features not listed on this page as requiring additional fees. The monthly subscription fee is calculated based on your usage but is subject to a minimum fee based on the number of active users as indicated above.   Each Customer Web Portal Login $10.00 / month   This login provides your customer access to all features on the customer web portal. An unlimited number of individuals may use each customer web portal login.   Image Storage $10.00 / 100 Mb   If you need to store POD and other document images no our servers, the accumulated storage is billed monthly in 100 Mb blocks.   Per-Load Fee Negotiated   This fee is incurred each time a new load is created in the system. The per-load fees will be negotiated based on volume, business model, and level of support required, and they will vary depending on the type of each load entered (brokerage, audit, etc.). The price of your subscription each month will be the greater of the minimum subscription fee (based on active users) and the sum of the per-load fees. Initial Setup Fees   Subscriber setup fee and initial customer/carrier load $500   The initial setup fee is a one-time fee that includes user setup, invoice customization, and an initial data import of customer and carriers into TFConnect.   Accounting Software Integration $100/hr   We will work you to set up your GL codes and other necessary data to integrate with Quickbooks or Peachtree Accounting.   Tarriff Setup $100/hr   If requested, Top Flight Concepts can load your carrier tarriffs into TFConnect for use with rating, routing, and auditing. Custom Development Fees   Custom Report Development $100/hr   Custom reports and software features can be added to the system for an hourly development fee. Once development of the enhancement is completed, no further fee is incurred for using the custom report or feature.
