Monthly Subscription Fees
	User License	$200 / user
	The user license fee includes all software support as defined in our support agreement and includes access to all features not listed on this page as requiring additional fees.
	Excess Transactions	$0.10 / transaction
	The excess transaction fees are charged for all "Quotes", "Loads", and "Claims" created in excess of a standard allotment of 300 transactions per user per month.
	Image Storage	$10.00 / 100 Mb
	Image storage is billed monthly in 100 Mb blocks.
	Customer Web Portal License	$25.00 / user
	Access to all features on the customer web portal for your customers is granted so long as they have an appropriate web portal license.
	TFTrack	$0.01 / transaction
	This fee will be charged for each call to our TFTrack shipment tracking feature.
	Rating	$0.01 / transaction
	Transaction fees are incurred for rating and routing in TFConnect and are subject to any applicable surcharges as required by the rate base manufacturer.
	SMC RateWare Surcharge	$0.02 / transaction
	A rating surcharge must be collected for each request for automatic rating to the SMC RateWare (e.g. CzarLite) rating engine.
	Audits	$0.25 / transaction
	For freight payment companies, TFConnect's auditing package provides all the features and reports you need. A transaction fee is incurred for each audit saved.
Initial Setup Fees
	Subscriber setup fee and initial customer/carrier load	$500
	The initial setup fee is a one-time fee that includes user setup, invoice customization, and an initial data import of customer and carriers into TFConnect.
	Accounting Software Integration	$100/hr
	We will work you to set up your GL codes and other necessary data to integrate with Quickbooks or Peachtree Accounting.
	Tarriff Setup	$100/hr
	If requested, Top Flight Concepts can load your carrier tarriffs into TFConnect for use with rating, routing, and auditing.
Custom Development Fees
	Custom Report Development	$100/hr
	Custom reports and software features can be added to the system for an hourly development fee. Once development of the enhancement is completed, no further fee is incurred for using the custom report or feature.
